We’re excited to announce Summer Serve 2026, 495 Legacy Volleyball and the Washington Chinese Youth Club (CYC) are again partnering to offer our signature summer camp experience designed especially for young athletes who want to learn, grow, and love the game. Campers learn volleyball fundamentals in a way that feels exciting, active, and confidence-building.
Camp Dates
We will be offering four full weeks of Summer Serve Volleyball Camp. Monday through Friday, 9AM – 3:30PM. Cost is $395 per week.
- June 29 – July 3 at Hubert Hoover Middle School (8810 Postoak Rd, Potomac, MD 20854)
- July 13 – 17 at Thomas Pyle Middle School (6311 Wilson Ln, Bethesda, MD 20817)
- July 20 – 24 at North Bethesda Middle School (8935 Bradmoor Dr, Bethesda, MD 20817)
- July 27 – 31 at Silver Creek Middle School (3701 Saul Rd, Kensington, MD 20895)
***No camp July 6-10***
Who Can Join?
Rising 3rd to 8th graders of all skill levels are welcome. No prior experience is required. Summer Serve is perfect for:
- Athletes trying volleyball for the first time
- Players preparing for middle school teams
- Kids who simply want an active, structured, positive summer experience
What makes Summer Serve unique?
- Beginner-friendly: No experience needed! We focus on movement, coordination, teamwork, and simple volleyball fundamentals.
- Positive coaching: Our staff specializes in working with young athletes and creating a safe, encouraging environment.
- Fun-first approach: Expect themed days, relay races, balloon volleyball, mini nets, talent show, and more. We believe kids improve fastest when they are having fun.
- Small-group instruction: Campers get individualized attention to help them grow at their own pace. No standing around!
- Safe & structured: Staffed by teachers, trained coaches, CPR-certified adults, and high-school/college athlete mentors.
